Shipping and Returns Policy
We offer free shipping all over UAE on all orders.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email from our side. We usually deliver to all emirates within 1-3 business days unless the address comes under a remote area. Orders with monogramming will be delivered up to 5 business days after being placed. You can always chat with us to confirm your delivery time frame.
You can makes changes to your order (like choose a different size or choosing another product of the same or higher value) after it is placed only if it is not dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order and you have up to one hour after that to make any changes. To do so, you can drop us a line on email@example.com or give us a call on +971 55 724 3984 or +971 58 206 1872. No changes can be made to orders with monogramming.
We understand that you may change your mind about a product or may want to swap sizes and that's why we have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a new product or a credit note with a validity period of one year from the date of exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for exchange. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll email you with the information on when our fulfilment team will pick up the product from you. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not offer cash or credit card refund for returns and exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, you can choose a new product from the website or opt for a credit note. Our team will issue a credit note (valid for one year from the date of issue) of the value of the exchanged product and email the same to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like gift cards, monogrammed/customised sleepwear, the additional gifts in our Sleepover Gift Box and any products/sleepwear bought during a sale or at a discounted price. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
At SleePJs we do not offer refunds for exchanges but you can return any product within 7 days of receiving it, provided all the conditions stated above are met in exchange of another product of the same, less or more value or for a credit note of the same value. In case your exchanged product is of lesser value than your original product, we will issue a credit note for the remaining amount and with a validity period of one year from the date of exchange. In case your exchanged product is of a higher value than your original product, the new product will be dispatched only once you make a payment or confirm on a payment mode (in case of COD).
Refunds will be made after thorough verification only in case of an error in the transaction value by the customer or in case there is an incorrect charge to the customer, onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Damages and issues
At SleePJs, we ensure each and every product goes through a series of quality checks before it is dispatched to you. But, just in case you find the product damaged/defected you can return it to us without any return pick up charges within 7 days of delivery. For that, just click the picture of the product, highlighting the defect and drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will get back to you within 3 business days on the next steps and how to make it right.
Please note that credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be extended once the validity period has lapsed.
