You can avail free shipping all over UAE for all purchases over AED 250. For orders worth less than AED 250, a standard shipping cost of AED 15 per delivery applies.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email from our side. If you place your order between Saturday to Wednesday, before 1pm and your delivery location is within Dubai, you will receive your SleePJs the next day before 7pm. We usually deliver to all emirates within 2-5 business days.
You can makes changes to your order after it is placed only if it is not dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order and you have up to one hour after that to make any changes. We understand that you may change your mind about a product or may want to swap sizes and that's why we have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a new product or a credit note with a validity period of one year from the date of exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for exchange. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll email you the return shipping label/details, as well as information on when our fulfilment team will pick up the product from you. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note that there will be a return pick-up charge of AED 15 for your order as well as an additional charge of AED 15 for the delivery of the new exchanged product/s in case the exchange order value is less than AED 250. You can also choose to drop off your SleePJs without incurring any charges at our convenient locations in Business Bay and Trade Centre in Dubai. Feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp during our business hours and we will share the drop off location with you.

Damages and issues
At SleePJs, we ensure each and every product goes through a series of quality checks before it is dispatched to you. But, just in case you find the product damaged/defected you can return it to us without any return pick up charges within 7 days of delivery. For that, just click the picture of the product, highlighting the defect and drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours on the next steps and how to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like the surprise gifts in our Sleepover Box, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
At SleePJs we do not offer refunds for exchanges but you can return any product within 7 days of receiving it, provided all the conditions stated above are met in exchange of another product of the same, less or more value or for a credit note of the same value. In case your exchanged product is of lesser value than your original product, we will issue a credit note for the remaining amount and with a validity period of one year from the date of exchange. In case your exchanged product is of a higher value than your original product, the new product will be dispatched only once you make a payment or confirm on a payment mode (in case of COD).
Refunds will be made after thorough verification only in case of an error in the transaction value by the customer or in case there is an incorrect charge to the customer, onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Please note that credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be extended once the validity period has lapsed.
